Lecture “Digital Culture Marketing” as a guest at the Museum der Moderne Salzburg

How can the content of art and cultural institutions be presented online in an exciting and contemporary way? This semester, around 20 students are dealing with this question as part of the course “Digital Cultural Marketing”.

Last Friday, the course participants were able to put what they had learned into practice. The Museum der Moderne Salzburg (MDM) invited the students to create social media content for the exhibition “Marinella Senatore. We Rise by Lifting Others.” In about three hours, the students worked their way into the exhibition content and went through the entire creation process: planning, drawing, shooting and editing.

In a very short time, content pieces were created that inform about the show and want to tell its contents in an entertaining way. One group dances its way through the exhibition, another takes viewers on a journey of discovery through the showrooms.

For those who are now curious, the results will soon be available on the museum’s digital channels.
