Elke Zobl
Projektleitung
Nach Studien der Bildnerischen Erziehung (im Fach Bildhauerei), Germanistik, Gender Studies und Kunst- und Kulturwissenschaften (Salzburg, Wien und North Carolina), erhielt sie 2004 ihr Doktorat an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Wien. Von 2000-2006 forschte sie an der Universität of California San Diego, 2007-2011 war sie Inhaberin eines Herta-Firnbergs Postdoc-Stipendiums am Fachbereich Kommunikationswissenschaft (Universität Salzburg). Seit Mai 2011 ist sie Assistenzprofessorin am Fachbereich Kommunikationswissenschaft und am Schwerpunkt Wissenschaft und Kunst (Programmbereich Contemporary Arts & Cultural Production). 2010 wurde sie mit dem Wissenschaftsförderpreis der Stadt Salzburg ausgezeichnet.

Project director
After studies in art education (in the field of sculpture), German studies, gender studies, art history and cultural studies (in Salzburg, Vienna and North Carolina), she received her doctorate from the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. From 2000 to 2006, she was a researcher at the University of California San Diego, and afterwards she held a Herta Firnberg Postdoc Fellowship in the Department of Communication Science at the University of Salzburg. Currently, she is Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Studies and the Science and Art focus area (program area Contemporary Arts & Cultural Production).

Europe” (FWF project, 2008-2012), and “Cultural Participation in Salzburg” (County of Salzburg, 2017-2020).

Stefanie Grünangerl
Projektmitarbeiterin
studierte Kunstgeschichte und Kommunikationswissenschaft sowie Französisch an der Universität Salzburg. Sie ist Mitarbeiterin der Galerie 5020 (Salzburg) und beschäftigte sich im Rahmen des FWF-Forschungsprojekts „Feminist Media Production in Europe" (Leitung: Elke Zobl) mit feministischer Medienproduktion. Sie ist Mitbetreiberin der Plattform grassrootsfeminism.net und kümmerte sich zuletzt um die Archivierung, Katalogisierung und Nutzbarmachung des Grrrl Zine Archivs im gendup Zentrum für Gender Studies und Frauenförderung der Universität Salzburg. Derzeit ist sie Mitarbeiterin am FWF-Wissenschaftskommunikationsprojekt „Making Art, Making Media, Making Change" und am Programmbereich Contemporary Arts & Cultural Production.

She works with Galerie 5020 (Salzburg) and is involved in Feminist media production in the context of the FWF research project “Feminist Media Production in Europe” (directed by Elke Zobl). She is also a co-director of the
grassrootsfeminism.net platform and recently took care of the archiving, cataloging and optimization of the Grrrl Zine Archive at the gendup Center for Gender Studies and Women’s Empowerment at the University of Salzburg. Ricarda Drüeke

Studium der Politikwissenschaft, Kunstgeschicht und Soziologie in Marburg und Hamburg. Doktorat in Kommunikationswissenschaft an der Universität Salzburg.
Seit 2012 Postdoc am Fachbereich Kommunikationswissenschaft der Universität Salzburg und seit März 2014 Mitarbeiterin im FWF-Wissenschaftskommunikationsprojekt "Making Art, Making Media, Making
Change". Zuvor Mitarbeiterin in Forschungsprojekten wie „E-Empowerment. Zur Nutzung des Internets in frauenpolitischen Netzwerken" an der TU Hamburg-Harburg und „Mobile Internetdienste und
Privatheit" an der Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder. Ihre Forschungssschwerpunkte liegen auf Gender Studies, Öffentlichkeitstheorien sowie Inklusions- und Exklusionsprozesse in und
durch Medien.
