Ecological Activism
Dr Hannes Augustin is Managing Director and Secretary of the Salzburg Nature Conservation Association and a member of the Nature and Environment Advisory Board. He has been involved in numerous ecological resistance movements, for example in Zwentendorf, Hainburg, the Hohe Tauern National Park and the movement against the Wackersdorf nuclear power plant.
In this three-hour workshop, he will talk about his experiences and more generally about his activities as an activist and as part of the Naturschutzbund Salzburg.
