Ricarda Drüeke is an assistant professor at the Department of Communication Studies at the University of Salzburg. She researches and teaches on inclusion and exclusion processes in and through media, digital public spheres (in particular with a focus on protest articulations of civil society actors and dynamics of outrage using the example of hate speech) and in the field of gender media studies. In her habilitation, she dealt with (feminist) activism using digital media, taking into account the differentiation of public spheres.
