Figurations of Transition: Writings on Knowledge and the Arts publishes individual volumes, essays and miscellanies (contributions to events and reports).
All writings are available digitally in open accessible formats (license model: CC-BY 4.0). All writings are published on Hypotheses and on ePLUS, the open access publication server of the University of Salzburg, and simultaneously catalogued and archived on the latter. In addition, Figurations of Transition is a cooperation partner of avldigital.de, the Specialised Information Service Comparative Literature (SIS Comparative Literature). SIS Comparative Literature makes the writings of the series available via its repository CompaRe. Figurations of Transition is listed in the Directory of Open Access Journals. Upon request, an international peer review procedure for individual contributions may be organised (single-blind procedure and check of conflicts of interest according to the guidelines of the Austrian Science Funds (FWF).
